I give you 50+ reasons to divorce diet culture. This time of year can be the most tempting time of year to diet. We’re bombarded with ads for weight loss, calls to join nutrition challenges and all that “new year, new you” BS. I know how hard it is to straddle a desire for body acceptance and a desire to weigh less. I know how easy it is to be tempted to dip your toe back into dieting (and yes, programs being sold to you as “lifestyle” changes are still diets), so I wanted to give you 50 reasons to pull your toe out of the diet culture swamp, leap to the other side and commit to accepting your body and breaking free of the diet culture cage.  I also talk about why diet culture is a Soul Sucker and what to expect from Season 4.
